Our goal is to ship the same day you order something. This isn’t always going to happen (orders placed in the afternoon might not get dealt with until the following morning, things like that), and if there is going to be any kind of significant delay (we consider anything greater than 1 week significant), the product page will have a note about it.
For the smaller, high-volume products like panhard brackets, etc, live inventory should be up to date.
All bumpers ship freight and have special requirements and the price varies based on destination, current fuel prices, weather, and who knows what else. So, if you’ve ordered a bumper from us before, it might cost more to ship this time, or less.
Part of the special requirements are downloading, reading, understanding, signing, and returning the document below before your freight leaves our facility. If you are not comfortable with that, you are welcome to arrange your own freight (there will be a small “corking fee”), or come by for a visit and pick your products up. We like visitors!
When shipping freight, it is always more expensive to deliver to a residential address. There will always be lift-gate fees and residential delivery fees on top of the freight charges. These can sometimes be avoided by picking up your bumper at the nearest depot station, but that might be an hour or two away. The best bet is to have it delivered to a commercial address with a forklift that is accustomed to receiving freight.
Whenever possible, our products ship USPS Flat Rate, with no additional cost to you. All items that ship free are marked as such. Some of the tiny items are “add-on” items that will ship free when purchased in some quantity, or with a “free shipping”item. When purchased by themselves, there will be a nominal shipping fee. Please bear with us while we streamline that process. If you feel you have been billed in error, email us at email@example.com and we will get right back to you.
We will ship internationally, but if you are going to use a freight forwarder, we will need payment secured before your parts leave our facility. If shipping directly to you, we will need a little extra time to come up with custom shipping costs and payment options, so just send an email and we can invoice you. We can accommodate additional shipping insurance, but it is not included in the posted prices. Contact us before ordering to discuss options and to get a quote.

For large, freight shipped items like bumpers, etc:
-If you cancel your order once it has been packaged and you have received a shipping quote, the 'Return Policy' below will apply (20% restock fee applies). If you cancel your order before it has been packaged, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. This is simply to cover credit card fees and the time to go through ordering, fabricating, etc.
For small orders and most orders of small parts:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return any item that is in the same as condition as when it left our shop within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. If you would like to return something, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “RETURN” in the subject line and your order number and reason for wanting to return the item in the body of the email. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to discuss how to get you a return label and make sure it’s packaged correctly. Once we receive the return package, we will inspect the item and if everything looks good (we take pictures of every item before it leaves our shop), we will refund your money right away. If there are any issues, we will get a hold of you right away to discuss. This does not apply to freight shipped items.
