New Toyota OEM hand throttle kit.  This kit allows you to lock the throttle in place for winching and other applications when you need additional amperage out of your alternator.

This is for later models. We have checked a lot of 80s to see which accelerator pedals will work (that is what the cable attaches to). What we have found so far is:

Manufactured in 7/93 or earlier (according to door tag) doesn't have the correct pedal

Manufactured in 10/93 or later does have the correct pedal

There is a pic in the gallery above with green square around the little tab your pedal needs in order to use this hand throttle kit. If you don't have that little tab, you can easily install a pedal from a newer vehicle, as the mounting is all the same.
