Here at Delta, we install the Adventure Wagon Sprinter RUV kits. As such, Dave and I spent the better half of last week at the Van Builder's Workshop in Portland hosted by the Adventure Wagon team. We worked with nearly 20 other attendees in the beautiful warehouse space of Stickmen Brewing to install two fresh kits in two 144-length Cargo and Crew vans.
I can tell you all from first-hand experience that these kits are beautiful and a major step up from the stock/OEM interiors your vans come with. From the hush-mat inclusion and heat-shielded upholstered panels to the ceiling lights and bamboo Moab beds, these kits do not disappoint. Even the hardware used to install the kit is aesthetically pleasing. As one attendee at the workshop said mid-installation this weekend: "This kit makes my van match the sticker price."
Kits generally take 5 - 7 days of install time. The title image for this post shows you the completed kit install for the Cargo version of the van, including the Moab bamboo bed and two Mule bags. You can see the L-Track installed along the sides and roof that give the van kit its modularity and flexibility. The panels are beautifully upholstered and the ceiling is complete with a lights and fans. The van is now fully insulated with thermal Thinsulate and much - MUCH - more quiet and warm than its stock configuration. Additionally, the van is wired for USB and 12 volt power in several locations including just past the rear doors. (The original stock panels are piled on the floor below the bed. Dan and Susan, the owners of the van, wanted to keep the originals.)
All around a great product and team that we are proud to stand behind as installers.
